Bank, mortgage lender or Estate Agent Surveyors
Banks, mortgage lenders and Estate Agent owned surveyors offer building surveys carried out by their Surveyors. Often a Home Buyers Report is supplied which has caveats to limit the valuers/surveyors liability to enable them to carry out the reports very quickly. Always have a Structural Building Survey by a Chartered Surveyor which will look at the building from chimney to foundation to identify any building issues.
